Neon Blacklight beaded moth barrette

I made this with size 15/0 glass seed beads, a tourmalated quartz, felt, and iridescent vinyl, and metal and acrylic charms. It is about 4 inches long and 2.5 inches tall, and the hair pin is 3 inches long. This can be used on the side or back of your head.
